WeFlick helps users discover, rate, and share movies and TV shows.

2. Availability

WeFlick is available in the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK). The app is currently provided in English only. Local language versions may be added later.

3. Eligibility & Consent

• In most EU countries + UK → Users 13+ may use WeFlick.
  
  
  

• In Germany, Netherlands, Austria → Users must be 16+, unless parental consent is provided.
  
  
  

• Under those ages, parental/guardian consent is required.
  
  
  

4. Accounts

• You’re responsible for safeguarding your login.
  
  
  

• Misuse, impersonation, or fraud is prohibited.
  
  
  

5. Content

• You retain ownership of your reviews, ratings, playlists, and recommendations.
  
  
  

• By posting, you grant WeFlick a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display/distribute content within the app.
  
  
  

• Offensive, unlawful, or infringing content may be removed.
  
  
  

6. Data Protection

We process personal data under our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

WeFlick name, logo, and design are owned by FlickIt AB. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or exploit the app.

8. Liability

WeFlick is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accept liability for downtime, bugs, or third-party service failures.

9. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts violating these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of the latest version.
